7xtream TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
7xtream provides IPTV subscriptions under the following conditions:
Single Device Usage: Each subscription is limited to one connection per device. You cannot use more than one device per connection simultaneously. Any attempt to do so may result in the permanent termination of your subscription.
Multiple Device Use: If you wish to use multiple devices at the same time, you must purchase a plan that supports multiple connections from our pricing page.
Service Availability: Freezing or temporary service disruptions are normal with IPTV services. Channels and Video On Demand (VOD) content are subject to updates, changes, or removal without prior notice.
Technical Support: We offer support for IPTV reseller panel issues. IPTV subscription credentials will typically be sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after a successful payment is received.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to understand how IPTV services function and their inherent limitations.
Maintenance: 7xtream may perform server maintenance at any time without prior notice, and the duration of such maintenance is not predetermined.
2. Service Cancellation
You are not required to inform 7xtream if you intend to cancel or pause your subscription. Your service will automatically stop at the end of your current subscription period if no further payments are made.
No additional payment is required to cancel or pause a subscription.
3. Subscriptions
7xtream guarantees that all purchased IPTV subscription codes will be activated for the agreed-upon period. If server issues or content outages occur, please contact us, and we will make our best effort to resolve the problem.
7xtream does not sell IPTV boxes or hardware. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own compatible devices.
If you wish to modify your subscription (e.g., add extra time or additional connections), you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will assist with the requested changes.
4. Payment
Payments for our services can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency payment gateways.
If a payment transaction fails, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

7xtream reserves the right to cancel any payment if it is found to be invalid or unpaid. Payments made with applied credits are not supported.
Access to the service is conditional upon full payment of the subscription fee. Unpaid or disputed transactions may result in service suspension.
5. Service Access
By accessing or using the 7xtream service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the service.
6. Communications
By creating an account on our website, you consent to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may provide. However, you may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions included in our emails or through your account settings on the website.
Limitation of Liability
7xtream is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including disruptions, loss of data, or technical issues.
Modifications to Terms
7xtream reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 7xtream operates.
